Cambridge Industrial Trust is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The Trust invests in income-producing industrial properties ranging from logistics and warehousing properties to light industrial properties, all located across Singapore’s key industrial zones. The Trust is externally managed by Cambridge Industrial Trust Management in which nabInvest has acquired a controlling interest; minority interests in the manager are held by Oxley Capital Group and Mitsui.
